This is a simple camera/positioner control using 10 switched circuits.

I have output from a 16 to 4 line encoder... need to interface 4 line output with serial wireless module with Txd and Rxd connections.

And likewise need to interface a 4 line to 16 decoder to same type of wireless module.

Looking for simple solution without using microprocesser

Any ideas?

Sorry I don't have any helpful information, but I am curious; do the modules you receive look as badly soldered as the ones in the ebay listing?

No, actually the ones I received look pretty good.

(There are several suppliers of these modules... I'm not sure the link I gave you was the same supplier I used.)
