I'm trying to program a chip to do the following, with 1 input and 8 outputs.
000 = 3
001 = 3
010 = 2
011 = 2
100 = 5
101 = 1
110 = 3
111 = -
When i try compile in wincupl i get this error 0009ca if anyone could give me a pointer or two it would be appreciated, thanks in advance
