Hi guys;Today i was surprised with this win 10 version 1511 update and it just reinstalled the whole system, though all my files were preserved,it scared me a bit cause the update was the same way when you upgrade and it did it by itself without questions asked, hope it will not disrupt system, after a few hours so far so good, have had the same update?

It's funny you mention that. I had some problems and it took all day to upgrade a laptop.

I thought is was funny that it did about 3 builds. After reading your post, I checked, and sure enough, it was the new build.

Then I checked my desktop, and it was scheduled also.

    I'm now on version 1511.
It must be VERY efficient: checking on System Performance Monitor my disk idle time is now > 100% :).

I just found this on ms support, look at the date.

Starting with the November update, Windows 10 (Version 1511) can be activated using some Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1 product keys. For more info, see the section Activating Windows 10 (Version 1511 or higher) using a Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1 product key in this topic.

    I just got 1511 yesterday.
