Ok so i am building a computer and i get this problem where it does not turn on but i get the orange light on the motherboard flashing . Just today i got a new 400 watt power supply and plugged it in and the first few times i tried to boot, it worked but now the same thing is happening again i do not think it is the power supply i do not know what to think it is i am so desperate someone plz help i tried for months to fix this!!!!
