Why the RC oscillators such as Wien Bridge, Rc Phase shift Oscillator only used for lower audio frequencies but not for the larger Radio frequencies oscillator???

What makes the LC oscillators capable for producing Radio frequencies???

The speed at which the LC can oscillate, with less noise, make them good for radio frequencies.

Also, phase shifting a radio signal will distort a typical AM and FM (i think) frequencies.

I knew it was used for digital, but I was under the 'influence' that it causes distortion on AM and FM 'analog' transmissions.

I have done a little more than zero in the RF department, but I thought that phase shifts were a way to recognize distortion. (in analog transmissions)

Those interruptions can be 'read' as a 0 or 1 for digital transmissions, however...
