Using Firefox ESR 31.7.0 currently (at work) - I'll have to check at home... neither one are working properly for me it sounds like.

 

What version of flash is running in your FireFix browser? Try the following links to test flash in FireFox:

• Www.flashtest.org
• https://www.adobe.com/swf/software/flash/about/flashAbout_info_small.swf

If the second link prompts you to download a file, your flash add-in is broken for FireFox. (It should display the version number in a large font.) I'm not famine with managing add-ins in FF, but removing flash and reinstalling might be called for if these tests fail.

 

If it is a flash issue, you can also disable uploads via flash in your account preferences:

I had this problem a while back with Firefox. But they then changed versions and it went away. Think it was version 37.

 

Vista, Firefox. I just do a drag&drop. Never had a problem until I tried to drop in a 3 meg pdf. Musta been to big. (So I just told the TS to Google the exact title of the pdf.) That worked.
