white line on the PCB

I was looking PCB and found white lines around the resistors and capacitors on the PCB.
I don't know anything about this.

Are they blocking current on the PCB or just a silkscreen?

It has no electrical function.

It is just to show where to assemble the components on the PCB.

Your english is fine! :)

It may not be their original purpose, but those markings can be helpful for understanding and diagnosing a circuit board, for instance finding diode "D27" to match up with a schematic.
