I need to buy a UPS which can supply almost 80 watts for at least 4 hours. The one UPS which is in range of budget has rating 1KVA. I don't know what it means. What would you suggest? Please help me with it. Thanks.

1kVA translates to 1KW power at unity power factor, so it will readily supply 80 watts. You didn't say what the WH capacity is so I can't tell you how long it will supply the 80W.

I think you should buy something like 350VA UPS with an additional battery pack. That way you should be able to achieve the 240+Wh you need without resorting to buying a 1KVA UPS.
