Which is more easy to learn Basic stamp or Pic.
I have no experience in programing ,but like to learn that is why i post question basic stamp or pic.

I dont know which one is easy,but I started mcu stuff with PIC it was PIC16F84A......before I started I had experience with system programming languages like C , x86 assembly

I am PIC type my self. And my first recommendation will be a PICKIT 3 or perhaps the PICKIT 3 debug express bundle. But if you are on a budget. Go for a arduino http://www.arduino.cc/ Stay away from Basic stamps.
