Where to purchase operational amplifiers

One of my classmates had showed me the calculator and said we only needed one opamp. So I figured I'd run it by you guys. After reading up on instrumentation amplifier, I know the single opmp will not work. Which leads me to the question...When I run the signal through this instrumentation amplifier, how can I control the offset? For example, if I put a signal going in that ranges .007V to .014V and comes out 1.0V to 2.0V, how could I adjust it to be 0.8V to 1.8V or 1.2V to 2.2V
