I want to subscribute/buy V-dedicated Hosting Apache Server, from my hosting provider, I currently reading <Snip> book and Ross/Kurose networking 4th/E, when you think be ready to start/buy the server? I must practice in my PC a lot localhost about WAMPPP or this is not required?

Just build or buy a LAMP server. I use a Synology NAS which has an Apache server.
