Hey guys, I have this skin probe, i wanna to measure skin temperature using microcontroller, but I can't find out what is the type of this sensor or what's the connection or the circuit diagram?

 

Search Omega they make these products, most likely a bi-metal type sensor.
Measure the resistance and note the change when warmed or cooled.

Thanks Max for your reply, I already measured the resistance, it's decreasing when I warming it

 

It is probably a simple thermocouple as I mentioned, you could just measure the resistance on the range you want to measure and use that for a analogue input to and op-amp or what ever device or method of recording the output you intend.

A little different technology to a thermocouple, which I believe it most likely is.

I also think it is a NTC type sensor.
A thermocouple would have different materials for the connections.

Thermocouple depends on voltage change not resistance.
