How did I not hear about this place at some point?.. It apparently failed to achieve it's goals,but still what a program.

It makes me wonder what other massive programs going on around the world I don't know about.

If it isn't controversial (CERN,HAARP) guess the stories just get absorbed into the worlds background noise..

If you guys know of any other lesser known ground breaking programs love to hear about them.

 

How about the incredible SAR (Sparky's Amazing Radio) project?

Last night great strides were made, as the amazing antenna was installed on the top of the house. Further progress was also made by installing the feeder cable through the loft and through a convenient hole which appeared in the spare room's ceiling.

Oh-breaking news just in- first radio contact was made through a repeater at 2143 GMT last night.


Now if that ain't amazing, I don't know what is.
