    Here is a short video using two hand crank generators connected together. It helps show the law of conservation of energy.

    (in an ideal world)
    You would expect that the power produced from 1 rotation of a generator to power a matching motor to 1 rotation
    (reality)
    Some of the energy is lost along the way in wires(electrical resistance), heat, and friction(mechanical resistance)

    It will help people looking into solar power and wind power who think something is broken because the turbine says 200watts and I my 100watt bulb is dim.
