Put them in a box and use them when you have an electronics project idea. Capacitors are rarely the justification to build a project. They are cheap, passive devices. Anything interesting will have many other parts.

They can be part of projects and can be used for filter, AC couple , decouple purposes.

I am curious about the marking on the capacitor on the very left of the picture. It has the capacitor symbol connected to a square wave drawing. Is it intended as a suppressor (capacitor + resistor) rather than a simple capacitor?

That is likely a combination of a capacitor with a resistor in one part.
The values of both the capacitor and resistor will be mentioned on the part.
Those are often used as snubber circuit.

Maybe you could saw some of them up, carefully, to see how they are built. Be patient.
