I want to build this RF amplifier:

... but I don't know what the amplifier chip is. Does anyone know?

I need an amplifier circuit with zero dBm input and 500mW output. Will this one work? If not are there any schematics for this? (Frequency range is 88-108MHz)

The chip is probably some kind of MMIC.
I do not know any MMIC that can output 500 mW.
The ones I know are the PGA-103 and the PHA-1, wich are capable of about 160 mW output.
