I need some of the expert help and advise I’ve been reading on this site. Attached are 2 jpg’s. One is a road map of the layout for a charging system I’d like to dupe. The other file is a photo of the size requirements. I can go a little bigger in depth but this is mounted directly on the head of an engine.

It’s awful small for the amperage, mounted in a spot that creates it's own heat and the AC on the DC line just makes my head ache.

What could possibly be in there?
