I am asking what I am asking. All I know is what u see,

From top to bottom, front to back ...nothing's there to to make me guess what it is.

Except, at the back there is two water inlet's. labelled hot and cold.

I found this from our "china" market

 

It looks like a de-humidifier, or possibly some kind of water heater/boiler. Have you got a photo of the rear?

 

The front panel looks like an alien head.
It's got 2 inlets, where does the water exit?

 

I can't read what the buttons say. They would at least give a clue.

 

Flow through tankless water heater????
