I'm trying to fix a car amplifier, and came across this weird thing, which I assume is a capacitor. The closest thing I've found to it using Google image searches is a multilayer ceramic capacitor. It was attached to the board over a resistor, so they were connected in parallel, but it's not on the schematic.
Am I right in thinking it's a capacitor, and that it has a value of 0.01μf?
If the pictures upload correctly, the first shows the removed component, and the second shows its original location over R149.
