hello.

What is the voltage rating of the capacitor shown in the attachment?

A capacitor rated 0.1uF/100V is used for IR2110 mosfet driver in a schematic for HIGH side mosfet.
The DC voltage for the mosfet bridge is 200Vdc.

Onlyvinod,
If the voltage rating isn't marked on that ceramic disc cap, assume 50v.

Aaisha,
You are hijacking onlyvinod's topic. However, your capacitor will have a nominal capacitance of 1uF (one microfarad) within some percentage (aluminum electrolytic caps can vary significantly) and the dielectric is rated for operation at up to 63v.

If you use it in a circuit where the peak (maximum) voltages across the cap exceed 63v, the dielectric between the capacitor's plates will break down, and current will flow from one plate to the other. This leads to heating of the capacitor, and rapid failure.
