what is integral non linearity and how much it should be in the device microcontrolle

    my question are
    [1] what is integral non linearity and how much it should be in the device microcontroller (that is for internal ADC[analouge to digital controller])
    [2] what is diffirential non linearity and how much it should be in the device microcontroller (that is for internal ADC[analouge to digital controller])

    Most MCU have 10 bit ADC. These ADCs are not meant to precision devices. If you want precision you have to choose an external ADC with 16 bit or more. And in such case specifications like integral non linearity may become important.
