Can someone tell me what is the meaning of the suffix BXAJC at the end of a part number? I think it has something to do with the quality level or screening rigor. For example, 68HC811E2/BXAJC.
But it looks like that's how Motorola/Freescale spec'd the mask/rev (deducing from the doc). It doesn't fit anything in my old ref. manual except that 'B' used to mean it had a Buffalo monitor resident. Its a best guess.
BXAJC is quality suffix used by many manufacturers that typically indicates the product is screened and processed per MIL-STD-883 method 5004, basically a self certified MIL part without the DLA certification.
