what is basic process to design Microcontroller using VHDL programming
i know there are lots of theory and books on vlsi design
i know little about VhdL programming

microcontroller is integrated circuit contain following ICs

microprocessor ICs
ram ICs
program ICs
AD converter ICs
oscillator ICs

i want to ask questions
can i use these ICs to create microntroller ICs using vhdl program?
is microcontroller example of vlsi circuit?
