Stupid question? I know.
But I always wonder what it is exactly?
Is it something one thinks of?
or is it about a document of something one makes even though it is already been made?
Or just bragging about stuffs one thinks of or genuine ideas of oneself?
Or could be a project one made and shares it with others?

I just like to know?
Cause may be then I can blog too?
And also where to blog and how?

Any ideas ? Any one ?
