It could literally be anything. It is hard to know the mind of the desinger when we know what the application is, let alone when a schematic of dubious provenace is plopped down in front of us. You might well ask for the details on L1/L2 which are equally obscure.
Give us a break already.
is RF choke necessary there!!!!!!!!
That choke is fairly non-critical, as it is only used for power supply decoupling. 1 mh is a good choice for that.

there u can see a ground connection in the negative lead of the circuit!.should i connect it to the metal case of transmitter for a good ground connection or is it of no use!
