Turn this statement around:
Suppose we drop all else for months and dedicate all energies to finding that so-far magical combination of frequency and voltage that just makes water molecules fall apart but needs no energy to do so.
Further suppose that we only have negative results to report. Does that mean that we are:
1. Simply incompetent?
2. Don't believe enough?
3. Have all been bought off by oil interests?
4. Are going to keep this knowledge to ourselves?
5. A black helicopter has been sent by the CIA to threaten us?
Or that there is no result to be had?
