hi guys i want to build a wein bridge oscillator oscillating at 100khz using a TL071 op amp .can any one please tell me the best component values for this please

Take a look here. This free Ebook has a good section for oscillators. The book also mention that calculated and actual frequency may differ somewhat. Have you checked that a TL071 has enough bandwidth for 100KHz oscillator operation
