I am using WaveView to measure the output width of a pulse.
My problem is that when I use the measurement tool and choose the Meter Y Level to be locked at 50% , the result width is not in the 50 % of Y Level (picture nand11a).
My question is should I uncheck the 50% option and move the Meter by hand in the middle of the height of the pulse(picture nand11a_2)?
