what is the best watt meter for home??? is Killawatt good enough, accurate???
I saw the International version for 24$. Does this handle 120 and 240???
I want something accurate and less than 40$. thanks

Do you mean a watt-hour meter, such as the one that is already outside your home? The Kill-a-Watt device is for use with one load at a time, like a refrigerator. Check its specs for 240 volt usage.
