Want to verify for proper hookup

    So I picked up this switch, and it has no documentation on it. I'm pretty sure I have it figured out, but I want to double check.

    Here is the info and pictures attached. I've drawn on the photo the way I think its supposed to be hooked up. I do think I need to switch the fuse out since this looks as though it was designed for a 250V...what type is recommended?

    Please let me know if you don't mind.

    I would say that you have wiring right. You should use an ohm meter to verify. You don't have to change out the fuse. The 250Vac rating just means that it is safe to use up to that voltage. 120Vac is fine.
