Voltage Sensitive Relays

I wonder if there are "ready made" precision adjustable Relays with voltage sensor who’s coils can be activated (energized) or de-energized upon censing a user selectable input voltage (Max or Min) ; i.e. stop charging a battery when the battery voltage reaches 12.7 Vdc. The range of sensor should be selectable from 1.2 to 48.0 Volts.
