Voltage level shifter

    Hi, I am new to electronics and need help with a circuit I am working on. I need a voltage level shifter to shift a DC output from an instrumentation amplifier from a voltage swing of -1.5 to 1.5 volts, to 3.5 to 5.5 volts for the inputs of a dsPIC. Can anyone help me with this?

    Use a summer circuit as an input to an opamp wired as a voltage follower (output connected to inverting input).

    You'll need to sum the output of the instrumentation amplifier with an accurate +5v reference.
