i was on this task i am at the end can any one help me with the calculating ripple voltage and smoothing capacitance
how to relate them both
IN Normal Bridge rectifier
i have ripple voltage of 26v for 127Vpeak input with f=60hz
smoothing capacitance C=80uf
Rload of 222.2ohm
my problem is
Vripple=(Vpeak/(2*f*c*Rload))
If i give 80uf at capacitor i should get Vripple as 26v its not working
Is their any other way to calculte other than this approach if this is wrong
