I'll try to explain this as best I can (I'm shaking off the rust of high school electronics classes here), but basically I have a circuit that switches through a bunch of different capacitors using a regular ole rotary switch. Is there a way to handle this based on a given input voltage? The voltage-controlled switch examples I've come across tend to be binary (so, either capacitor 1 or capacitor 2), and I'm looking to have more options than that. Using a comparator has also crossed my mind, but I've never worked with them, so I'm not entirely sure how to venture down that path...

Anything you can throw my way in terms of suggestions, books, webpages, datasheets/application notes, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Using several "window comparators" will lead you to the goal.
