Can you guys guide me in the use of a VCCS in Orcad SPICE? :confused:

From what I understand, under the ANALOG library there are G & GPOLY parts for a Voltage Controlled Current Source.

I want to use the VCCS for a MOSFET model. So zero voltages would be "on", depletion mode.

And I would like to specify the Transconductance for using G or some Id equation for using GPOLY maybe (I really don't know).

Can someone help me with using a VCCS in a FET model. Thanks.
