Hi I am brand new. I have a question if someone could that would be awesome. I am looking for a way to alow a motor to speed up and down as voltage varies in a dc circuit something durable if possible. I am not sure if they already have something or is it something i would have to build. any help would be appreciated

use pwm (pulse width modulation) circuit.
analog circuit such as the link http://www.kitsrus.com/pdf/k67v3.pdf
Or using microcontroller with build in pwm module.
Because of pulsing ,we get benefit with reliable start up torque in low speed.
