I want to make circuit so that by applying it inside my the hand free of my mobile before the mic, it could change the pitch of my sound with a variable resister.

But I don't know the basics of electronics so please use the easy circuit.
Also use the commonly used parts in the circuit.

I haven't seen the circuit for this, but I know they exist. Have you googled it?

I think it's built around a ring modulator.

I have a schematic for this, but it's anything but simple. it would take some time to dig it up, it's in one of my many notebooks.

WalMart (I think) has a cheapo voice changer so you can sound like the Hulk.

I bought a built circuit but it's sound quality was too bad even the words were not clear to the other person listening also there was no option to change the frequency of the sound with variable nob.

I had a ZOOM-9002 back in 1995 that did exactly what your talking about when a mic was plugged into it, instead of a guitar, but it's an expensive toy at $450
and the audio is very clear on this unit.
