I have been using virtual box for a while not many issues, but I have had a few especially with server 2012 when trying to install guest additions it causes bsod on host. ran across something says install them in safe mode, I can't get win server 12 to display the selection menu. it is supposable automatic now and don't see how to force to do that. anyone have any ideas on how to do this in server 12?

I believe if you hold F8 at boot-up, it should give you a boot mode menu, including safe-mode.

I tried that and got nothing paused then loaded the os anyways. old windows do that, but I guess 2012 got rid of that.
