what do you mean by how I constructed the circuit? and for a schematic it will be accurate to the plan of the converter... but I could take some pics? don't know if it will help...

 

Did you make the circuit on a breadboard or is it on a printed circuit board? A schematic is good to have because you enter explicitly what voltages are used and what the nature of the input voltage is. Electronics is extremely deterministic - everything has to be stated.
