UTP to USB cable

Hi, I have a laptop with no UTP (RJ-45) port. So I was thinking about making a UTP to USB cable because wifi just isn't that great. Is it as simple as cutting a UTP-UTP wire and a USB-USB wire and soldering the two cutted wires correctly?
