    Is your problem analyzing the circuit, or analyzing the circuit using a Norton equivalent circuit?

    If you can analyze it using any technique of your choice, then it might be a good idea to do so and get an answer that you can use for comparison to your attempt using Norton.

    Next, describe your attempt to come up with the Norton equivalent circuit. Be very detailed. That way we can try to spot where you might be going astray and help get you back on track.
