I would like to know how can I set pin_A4 as I/O port rather than Timer. I use ccs c.

pin_A4 is T0CKI pin which is open collector. So if you have to use it as output, you have to clear TRISA4 to set RA4 as output and have a pull-up resistor (between RA4 and VCC).
