Using a TC420 to control Chinese led dimable marine tank light.

Good Day,
How can i connect the TC420 to the existing led drivers which have three wires and are marked on the driver circuit board as White +5v, Black = Ground and yellow = PWM. These three wires currently go to a dimming control knob. Is this possible or will I have to use a different controller.
Could you suggest a controller to use that can be programmed to do sunrise, sunset, cloudy, storm and lightning that will work with these lights.
