Urgent Project HELP!!!!

    Hi all!!!

    I have a project and I am having problem with
    Hope you guys can help me out!!!!

    I need to design an opamp with the following specifications/parameters
    - operating power supply (Vcc) = 1.8V
    - quiescent supply current = 600uA
    - input common mode (Vcm) range = 0.2 to (Vcc-0.2)
    - oppen loop gain = 80dB
    - phase margin = 50º
    - CMRR = 60dB
    - PSRR = 60dB
    - output voltage swing (peak-peak differential) = 2.8V
    - small signal 3dB bandwidth = 80MHz
    - positive slew rate = 100 V/us
    - negative slew rate = 100 V/us
    - 1% settling time = 50ns
    - closed loop, unity gain, ouput impedance @ 1Mhz = 3ohms
    - capacitive load drive = 20pF
    - resistive load drive = 1k
    - input offset voltage = 10nV
    - bandgap voltage = 1.2V

    All i need is a design topology that I can start with
    and be able to show a gain and PM at 1.8V, 25ºC.
    the opamp would have to be fully differential, which mean CMFB is required.
