UPS Problem

I have been using UPS for my home due to frequent power outages in Pakistan for past few months. Recently i shifted home so we got the same ups i.e Aurora AR-20 (2000 VA) with dry aurora battery installed at our new home. The problem is that while previously it used to run 4 fans v.comfortably, now even in winters the ups discharges and gets off after 30 minutes of backup. We have connected about 7 fans and about 15 energy savers on the ups but we have never switched the fans on and lights also are only on 4 or 5 at a time. I am confused as to what may be the problem. Kindly suggest a solution.

Second, on the battery idea. How long has this battery been in daily use? Deep cycle batteries have a lifetime limit of 500-2000 recharges before becoming to weak to function in the desired way. The deeper the discharge the fewer recharge cycles you can get from them. If the battery was routinely discharged over 50% of capacity, the number of recharges before failure will be very low.
