i pulled a part from an old sears vidio camera charger form 1996 ish. it has a second small pcb with 32 long standoff leads. made by CED corp. number ntp-s70-t. my research only lead me to a list plcs. i have a hard time beleving that is what it is. it had some conections to th output board so i was thinking charge controler? i have heared of plcs before know nothing about them though and have never seen one in switching supply.
