Thanks for the pictures.
All those long untwisted/unshielded wires are going to give serious 'noise' problems.

Also there in inadequate decoupling of the power lines and IA..
Remember we are working down to 1uV from the L/C.

I will look in more detail at your images and make some recommendations for your project.

From the L/C to the AMP04, use 4 core screened cable, connect the screen to pin #4 of the AMP04.

Supply the L/C and AMP04 with a 5V supply, use a 3.3v Reg for the HY3106.

Decouple the 5V and 3.3v supplies using 100nF and 22uF capacitors.

Connect the pin#4/ 0V of the AMP04 directly to the power supply 0V

For the HY3106 keep the Analog and Digital lines separate and directly to the power supply.

These are just some of the areas that need attention,

I would strongly recommend that you do a layout and then build the project on a PCB board, it will never give the performance you require using a project bread board.
