I was trying to post a PDF file in response to a thread and when I click on the "Manage Attachments" tab, it appears to "click" but I never get the window that allows attaching a file. Is it a problem with my end, such as my browser. I use Firefox 3.6.9

I've had that happen also, even when the file size is below the posted limit. When this happens, I reduce the file size and it then seems to work.

 

I got my attachement to go by switching from Firefox to IE. With Firefox, I was never even getting to the page that allows file selection. Thanks for the suggestion on reducing size.
