I need an ultra low drop out 3.3V regulator. It would not handle more than 50mA and will be fed from 4X 1.2V AA rechargeable batteries. If possible through hole please.

How does it enable a minimum voltage of 2.3V? does it implement a sort of charge pump ? and I think it is a linear regulator.
You need to learn how to go to the website of a seller and do a parameter search.
