Does anyone have any idea how to build this circuit by using MOSFET or any approximate devices ? a current range is 100 μA to 2μA. Most of current mirror circuits that i found on the internet work in the range of mA. Thanks

 

It is not a good idea to build a current mirror from discrete components because the transistors are not very close matched. It is better you use an emitter follower circuit.
